The hiring workspace
A plan belongs to the workspace, not to a person. Monthly applications and candidate reveals are pooled across your whole team — bulk screening is each member's own monthly allowance — and seats come with the plan. Enterprise is the one plan where you can add seats beyond the ones it includes.

Questions worth asking
What does "pooled" mean?
Applications and candidate reveals belong to the workspace, not to each member: one pool your whole team draws from - if one person screens most of it, that is most of it gone for everyone. Bulk screening is the exception - each member has their own monthly allowance, set by their own plan. Seats are a separate thing: they are how many people can be in the workspace, and they come with the plan rather than multiplying its price.
Do you charge per user?
No. Plans are priced per workspace, not per person, and each plan includes its seats. Enterprise includes 10 seats; past that you can add seats at $15 a month each, up to 50 in total. Beyond that, or for limits of your own, talk to us.
What happens when we hit our monthly volume?
Your published jobs pause and you're notified with one click to upgrade. Their pages stay online and say they are not taking applications, and they reopen automatically when the allowance renews on the 1st. You will never discover a surprise on an invoice.
What counts as an “application processed”?
Every application your workspace takes in and scores — whether a candidate applied on your job page or you imported CVs into the job yourself. One pool, shared by your whole team, reset monthly.
Is there a scoring API?
Not available yet — contact us if you need it. Every plan already includes AI scoring inside the product itself.
Do you offer a trial?
Yes. The Free plan never expires and needs no card. If your workspace has not subscribed or had a trial before, you can also start a 3-day Pro trial from the pricing page. It needs a card up front, and it becomes a paid Pro plan unless you cancel before it ends. Need longer to decide? Write to us from the email on your account, and our team can give your workspace a longer free trial at no charge. When it ends, your workspace moves back to Free and nothing is deleted.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page. If you cancel during the Pro trial, the trial ends straight away and your workspace moves to the Free plan. On a paid plan, your subscription runs to the end of the paid period, then your workspace moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted when you cancel — your jobs, candidates, and history stay in your account under Free limits, and you can resubscribe whenever you like. If you want your workspace data removed, contact support and we will delete it.
