One address, and what it actually does

Most questions are already answered on the pages at the foot of this one. When they are not, there is a single place to reach us — and this page says plainly what happens when you use it.

Where to write

This is the same address named at the foot of every email the product sends you, so it is the one worth keeping.

Support address[email protected]

Or use the form

If you would rather not open a mail client, the contact form reaches the same place and does three things:

  • Stores your message, so a record of it exists beyond one inbox.
  • Sends it on to the support address you would otherwise have written to.
  • Answers you with an automatic acknowledgement, so you know it went.

What there is not

No phone line, no live chat, and no published response window. One channel we actually watch is worth more than a list of them answered on none — and a response time we have not measured is not a promise we are willing to print.
