For hiring teams
Applicant tracking and bulk CV screening in one workspace
Upload a batch of CVs, score every one against the same role bar, then carry the shortlist into postings, stages and notes without leaving. The workspace holds the plan, the people and the record.
- PDF and DOCX, up to 5 MB a file
- English and Arabic, both first-class
- Every score quotes the line that earned it
What the ledger can prove
Live counts, floor-rounded from the ledger they come out of and never rounded up, so the figure on screen is always one the ledger can prove. When it cannot be read, this section shows its written figures rather than inventing one.
- 58,000+
- Resumes the engine has read
- scored to date, across the free checker and recruiter batches
- 11,000+
- People with an account
- signed up to date
- Arabic · English
- Both directions, equally
- interface and analysis, not a bolted-on translation
- Quoted
- Evidence under every score
- from the resume itself, not a number alone
The plan belongs to the workspace
Not to a person. Everyone you invite works inside one allowance, sees the same jobs, and leaves a record on the same candidates.
Seats, by plan
A seat is a person who can work inside the workspace. The owner is the first one.

One pool, not one per head
Active jobs, monthly applications and reveal credits are a single workspace pool that every member draws from — inviting a colleague does not add allowance. Bulk scoring is the one exception and is counted per person. The allowance panel in settings shows both, live.
At the limit, jobs pause in the open
When a workspace uses up its monthly applications pool, its published jobs pause with an upgrade prompt rather than turning candidates away without saying so, and you are told at once. The paused jobs reopen automatically when the pool renews on the 1st, or as soon as you upgrade.
Screen the batch against one bar
The problem is not reading a CV. It is reading two hundred of them the same way, and being able to say afterwards why each one landed where it did.
- One bulk job takes many files at once — PDF or DOCX, up to 5 MB each, validated per file — and reports progress as the batch scores.
- You set the bar once: role title, required and preferred skills, seniority, and minimum experience. Every file in the batch is read against that same profile.
- Each candidate comes back with a fit score, a grade, a rank inside the batch, and an Advance, Review or Reject verdict.
- Under the number is a dimension-by-dimension breakdown with the evidence quoted from the file, so a decision can be defended rather than asserted.
Then keep hiring in the same place
A shortlist that has to be exported has already cost you the reasoning behind it. The screening result and the pipeline are the same record here.
- Post a job to a public link and take structured applications through it, with your own branded careers page from the first paid plan.
- Move people through stages you define, leave notes, and keep the full application history on the candidate.
- Add scored screening questions with a weight on each — short text, long text, a rating, or a multiple choice with a preferred answer — and their answers feed the same match score.
- Read volume over time, average score, the spread of grades, which roles pull the most applicants, and the issues that recur across a job. Any of it exports as a spreadsheet or a PDF.
What a paid plan actually adds
These are the differences that are real.
Pro
Your own branded careers page
Free publishes under platform chrome. From the first paid plan the careers page is yours.
Business
25 active jobs · 5 seats
More jobs open at the same time, and the team that can work on them.
Enterprise
10 seats included · paid extra seats
One plan for one workspace: 10 seats included, and paid extra seats when the team grows. Bought at checkout like every other plan.
Talent search and reveal credits open on the paid tiers once the workspace profile has a company name and a website. Free carries no reveal credits at all.
Pricing, and the trial
Four tiers and a free one. Pro can start with a 3-day trial that takes a card up front, so the workspace is live from minute one rather than after an approval.
- Seats included run 1, 2, 2, 5 and 10 across Free, Trial, Pro, Business and Enterprise, and Enterprise can add more.
- Active jobs, monthly applications and reveal credits rise with the tier, and every one of them is a workspace pool.
- Enterprise is self-serve like the others; only more seats than its self-serve ceiling, or limits of your own, are arranged with us.
Prices and current limits live on the pricing page, which reads them from the catalog. A figure repeated here would be a second copy waiting to go stale.

Questions buyers actually ask
Can I screen a batch without signing in?
No. Bulk screening and the hiring workspace need an account, because results attach to a workspace and its allowance rather than to a browser session. The bulk screening demo runs without one, and the free resume checker needs no account at all.
What file types does bulk screening take?
PDF and DOCX, up to 5 MB per file. You can add many files to one bulk job; how many resumes a job may hold, and how many a workspace may score in a month, depend on the plan.
Are the limits per person or per workspace?
Per workspace. Active jobs, monthly applications and reveal credits are one shared pool that every member draws from, so inviting a colleague does not add allowance. Bulk scoring is the exception and is counted per person.
What happens if we go over a limit?
Your published jobs pause with an upgrade prompt and you are notified, which is a visible stop rather than a silent one. The paused jobs reopen automatically when the allowance renews on the 1st or when you upgrade.
Is there a trial, and does it need a card?
Yes. The trial you can start yourself is on Pro: it runs 3 days and is taken through checkout with a card, which is what lets the workspace be fully live during it instead of waiting on an approval. It becomes a paid Pro plan unless you cancel before it ends. If you need longer, ask us, and our team can give your workspace a longer free trial at no charge.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes, and not as a translation layer. The interface, the resume reading and the scoring all work in Arabic and English, and a batch may mix the two.
Can an AI assistant work with our workspace?
Not yet as something you can set up on your own — contact us if you need it.
Where do screening results live?
Inside the workspace that ran them, on the candidate record, with the evidence that produced each score. They stay there to be re-read rather than being handed back as a one-time report.
