ATS Hiring is one platform for both sides of a job application: seekers check and build resumes that pass real ATS screening, and hiring teams post jobs, score every application, and decide with evidence — in Arabic and English.
Our Story
ATS Hiring Platform was born from a simple observation: too many qualified candidates were being rejected by Applicant Tracking Systems before human eyes could see their potential. It started in early 2025 as one developer's answer to that problem — and it is still built that way, by one person, close to the product and to the people using it.
What started as a résumé optimization tool has grown into a hiring platform used by both sides of the process — job seekers checking their résumés, and recruiting teams screening and tracking the applications that come back.
Today the platform runs the full hiring loop in English and Arabic: résumé scanning and rewriting for candidates, and job posting, bulk CV screening and evidence-backed candidate scoring for the teams hiring them. More than 32,000 resume scans have run through the checker so far.
